Hello! My name is Brittany Arias Sturdivant and I hope you feel like we're friends already. I'm a big fan of blankets (I'm always cold), black coffee, adventures, treating my two pups like my children, and telling funny stories about my husband, Robert. We love making fun of each other and are mostly known for being complete goofballs - he's a youth pastor. That says it all, right? I was a wedding photographer before I was a bride, and I learned a lot planning my own wedding. If there is anything I took away from my big southern wedding, it is that every person deserves to feel as loved as we did on our wedding day.
I drool over all things timeless, classic and with a story, and I tend to dance while taking photos. I love to host people, feed people, connect to people, make memories with people, relate to people, laugh with people and help people feel understood. I like people, okay? I believe that the little moments of interactions and the way we choose to see, treat, and help people can have such a simple but beautiful power on someone's day or life. I am a southern wedding photographer, a videographer, a storyteller, a helper, a people person, and a traveler. It's important to me to serve the world by sharing how I see moments unfold and to help others remember how they felt in a moment passed.
Your family and future family deserve to honor and relive the joy of your love. I'm a big believer in printing your photos. VHS, cassette tapes, CDs, DVDs, USBs ... your wedding photos shouldn't be a VHS tape without a VHS player. Your wedding, your vows, the community that supported and celebrated you... that love deserves to be tangible and in your life.
I love how our couples love each other, and how I can capture real, authentic moments.
And let us capture them for you. You'll treasure the memories... and the photos... forever.
